Tested my new Taurus 357 (650CIA) yesterday at Issaquah Riflemen's Club and was having problem with the cylinder not rotating on the 5th round (using 357mag not the 38 special ammo) and the cylinder is too tight to release (Note: gun works fine unloaded). So I brought it back to Adventure Sports, Gary took a look at it, tested the cylinder and also came to conclusion that something is really wrong with it so he took the time to call the manufacturer to explain what's going on and the best part he made "Taurus pay for all shipping charges" now that's what I call customer service .Trigger "I should have bought Ruger sp101 hammerless  " |
