King Shooter Supply in King of Prussia has Varget. 1 and 8 lbers. They do not ship. Don't call and ask.

Closed on Sunday and Mondays. I believe the hours are 12-4pm Tuesday, closed this Wednesday and business as usual on Thursday (12-9).

Depends how bad you need it. In my case I haven't reloaded in so long because of the Varget shortage I would have made the drive. Anyway, I got what I need and the shop was only 30 min away.
If you do make the drive make sure they hold it.

Well I have been reloading with my Varget. 1375 .308 cases cleaned with stainless pins, small based, trim to 2.005, VLD, chamfered and primed. Using 43.5 Varget and a 168gr HPBT. Gotta love it!
Next 1500 5.56 using 25.0gr Varget. I'll be ready for spring.
