I lived in Pa all my life. Retired & transplanted myself in NC If you live in PA & have an AR-15 M4 carbine that is not legal for a NJ resindent to own. Can you legally take it over to NJ & shoot it at a private range ? Thanks in advance.

No. Black rifles have to be compliant with the expired AWB, ie no flash suppressors, bayonet lugs, or collapsing/folding stocks, and no magazines holding more than 15 rounds.
