I feel inspired to share a story with y'all.

A few weeks ago, I was looking for a gunsmith to install a flash hider on an AR-15 used for fox hunting at night.  A member chimed in and mentioned he'd do it for $50. Here is the link to his offer:  http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=8&f=14&t=392584

I was hesitant.  The other bids I'd received were north of $100 and the wait was far longer than the week he promised.  Too good to be true usually is, I thought.

I asked for references and got them.  With great reluctance, I drove to chalfont, and let him have my baby.  Not only did he install the hider, but he took care of two additional issues (three total including the flash hider) and had it done, like he said, within a week and for $50 cash.

I picked up the rifle today, and I was beyond impressed.  Partly relieved that I wasn't ripped off, but more importantly impressed by the work he did, and the kind of guy he is.  I can't say enough good things about him.

If anyone is looking for an AR-15 savvy gunsmith in SE PA, You would be remiss not to coniser Sean Reed.  Not only is he an excellent gunsmith, he's a damn likeable guy, and he busted his but in Afghanistan for us.  His email address is "Sean Reed" <[email protected]>.

If anyone would like a personal reference for Sean, please call me directly at 610-800-4417.

God Bless,
Jeff

You're not using a semi  rifle to hunt in PA are you?  Thought that was illegal.

Thank you Jeff!

And thanks to ARFCOM'ers from PA and N.J. for supporting C.D.I. Custom Knife and Gun and Lowe's Certified Guns.
Every bit of your business delays my return to that filthy, third world cess-pool, Asscrackistan.

Chin down, hands up!
