I'm from AZ and PA recognizes AZ CCW permits. I will be visiting next month. After reading the PSP web page and attoreny general web page I just need to know if I will be okay carrying concealed in PA or not. I will only be there a week. Will this include Philly too? Im not going to Philly unarmed
Please help 
Ill get a LTCF when and if I move there I just need to know if I will be okay for the week Im there. Thanks |

Assuming you have an AZ CCW, then yes, you can carry concealed in PA, and yes, that includes Philly. Philadelphia is within the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, ergo if you have a valid permit, you may carry there. Mayor Nutter may think that he can make laws as he seed fit, however only the commonwealth can make laws pertaining to the carry of concealed weapons.
So, as long as your permit is good, concealed carry away. |

I'm a Philadelphia resident. As long as you are legally allowed to own a firearm, you may open carry anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania EXCEPT Philadelphia, in which case you need a valid PA License To Carry Firearms to open carry. With a valid Arizona CCW (or whatever they call it there; we call it a LTCF), you may carry concealed anywhere (including Philadelphia) that a valid PA LTCF would allow you to due to the states' reciprocity agreement.
