Hi guys,, does anyone know the dude called celticfozzie around your neck of the woods? I bought the barrel in this ad from him,,, www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=119&t=497030 It was a partial trade on some mags I sent with the payment,,, he already sold all of the mags in this ad: www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=24&t=498577 So far it's been three IM's and one e mail sent from me,,, with no replies,,, two about five minutes ago... Right before he logged off....... I know he's been online since,,(and today,,) because I've been watching his post count go up........... I have all the IM's we sent back and forth,, all my reciepts and delivery confirmation # on the package with the mags and the reciept from the Postal Money Order,, .... So far the only problem I have is that he's not replying to my requests for a tracking #.... I understand there could be something legit going on,,,, so I'm not flaming or calling the law,,,,,,,Yet. Anybody have any info about the dude? |

The mags I traded him were recieved and then SOLD within two days in the ad link above.... he told me in an IM I still have that the barrel would go out on the 28th,,, After I posted this thread I did finally get a reply from the guy,,, in an e mail,,, here's the text of that..... 
I told him all would be cool if he overnighted it to me tomorrow.......... I'm just kind of ticked that the dude got the mags I traded him and already made a profit,,, and still hasn't shipped my barrel.... We'll see how it pans out. I'll get back in here and let you guys know. |

It's becoming obvious that this guy is not a man of his word. After he stated that the barrel would go out "" first thing in the morning" I have again not heard back from the guy. This is the second time he's told me "first thing in the morning" That first morning was supposed to be 12/28/07... Second time was supposed to be yesterday.. I'll wait untill this evening before I fill out this form..... postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx celticfozzie,,if you're reading this,,, I am absolutely serious. If I don't hear anything from you by 4:pm today, I'm filing the postal fraud form, calling the FBI, the PA state police, and your local police department. I'm done playing. Messages will also be sent to the guys who bought the STOLEN mags in your ad. There will also be a thread with all our messages, and links to everything regarding this in the feedback forum here, and a few other sites............................ |

bennnn Check your email delivery confirmation was sent. As I said in my email and Im's, " I had screwed up and mailed your barrel late and for that I take full responibility.
And yet you flat out threatened me by by calling the postal ins. FBI, PA state police and my local police. You know for all to see here is the tracking # 0305 1720 0000 5760 2239
ETA: the more and more I think about this. By starting this thread you are kind of flaming me. At no time have I tried to duck you ar give you a line of BS I have been very honest w/ you and like I said I take full resposibility for my actions in sending the barrel late, it was a honest mistake. |

I understand an honest mistake, and I was being cool about that. Never said anything unreasonable to you about that. I posted this thread before I had ever heard anything back from you,, a full day after the last time I tried to reach you. You may not have been trying to dodge me,, I understand that, but once you knew there was a problem, I expected you to let me know what was up,, by the day. I see from the confirmation # that there was a package accepted yesterday before noon, But I didn't hear about it untill this evening. I decided this morning that I had waited long enough,, considering that this deal STARTED on 12/20......................... And you sold the mags I traded you on 12/28.. Bottom line for me is that the lack of timely communication on your part is what prompted me to start this thread, I was asking if anyone had any info in case the delay was legit. Consider that you had already told me once that the barrel would go out the next day, and it didn't. And that I had to ask more than once what was up, now the second time I heard "it'll go out in the morning" you did not let me know it shipped and send the confirmation #,, as I had politely asked you to do. That was Tuesday, when Thursday morning rolled around and I had no message from you, I decided it was time to start playing hardball,, If you would have sent me the # yesterday it would not have gone this far. As long as I recieve my barrel we can go our seperate ways, and I will NOT post a -1 for you in feedback. I'll consider this resolved,, and anyone in your Hometown forum will see that it has been, and I won't take it any further. |
