Hey guys we will be in Greensboro in a couple weeks moving the wife's Grandmother. I was wondering, Does PA honor Ohio CCW permits and if there have any shooting ranges in the area.

No they do not , nor does Ohio honor Pa CCW's. I'm not familiar with that area so I won't suggest someplace to shoot.

Isn't it just great that both States on each side of Ohio the permits are not honored???
guess I will go unprotected then! or at least hard to get to protection anyway

In PA you can carry legally in your car if you have another states permit. That is the only place though if there is not reciprocity/honoring of the other states permit.

Yes it is , however it's not advisable . 99% of the LEO's don't know this fact .

Ok so I can't carry loaded whats the possesion in a car if it is unloaded an in the glove box I hate to be completely unarmed?

Safe side:

Pistol in plain view, ammo locked in trunk,magazine locked in glove box.

If not, buy some quality pepper spray.

Don't take my word on it, call the PSP for specific instructions.
