Hello PA HTF! I am looking for some assistance from anyone who is willing, regarding an EE deal gone to hell with a PA resident. Mr. Bryan Ruckle (MasterChief-M4), a Berwick resident, made a deal to trade uppers with me. Long story short, the one he sent me was found to have a problem with it when it was tested, and he refused to work with me to find a solution, so I had to submit a formal EE complaint. After seeing both sides to the argument, and a strange absense of Mr. Bryan Ruckle, a moderator whom Bryan asked to review the thread decided against him and demanded that a trade-back be completed. Though the moderator didn't post his decision until today, he has been trying to get in contact with Bryan Ruckle since the 18th to tell him so. Since then, Mr. Ruckle has ignored attempts to communicate by myself, the EE Moderator, and a member of Site Staff. He seems to think that he can just make the problem go away by ignoring it. I think he's dishonest and wrong, and I'm looking for a helpful person in the area to assist fix this problem. To clarify, I do not want anyone to physically confront this turd. Any help will be appreciated, and I thank you all in advance. |
