Virginia Reciprocity w/ Pennsylvania Virginia and Pennsylvania have just signed an agreement fully recognizing each other's carry permits. I copy below an Alert distributed by the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a grassroots pro-gun group. It says that 140,000 Virginians have a CHP; that's one in every fifty citizens.
