I tried to get a write in campaign going back in 2003 when Delaware passed their reciprocity law (HB178). Sadly, there wasn't a lot of interest...

Virginia Reciprocity w/ Pennsylvania
Virginia and Pennsylvania have just signed an agreement fully recognizing each other's carry permits. I copy below an Alert distributed by the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a grassroots pro-gun group. It says that 140,000 Virginians have a CHP; that's one in every fifty citizens. Pennsylvania's 575,000 permit holders represent one in every twenty one citizens.
