So I'm looking into getting a job in PA. Is class 3 legal there, or do I have to sell all my stuff to go there?

Its all legal.

Only hangups are the big cities and some small municipalities will not do the CLEO sign off. I know Philadelphia will not sign.

In local areas where the police cheif won't give you a signature, often times you can go to the county sheriff.  That or start your on little busness.

The only possible hitch would be the LEO sign off.
May I suggest you ask a couple people in the full auto forum. ( pick a couple PA residents )
Just im or email , they will probably be happy to help with info.

Since you're already in possesion you would have no problem. No restrictions that I've ever heard of.

All he has to do now is find a place to go make WHOOPEE with them.

Which IS the hard part around here...

Well, I'm looking at the Pittsburg (I think I spelled that wrong) area. Is there any place to shoot out there? I'm hoping to buy a house ASAP, so I may just get a place where I can shoot on my own land.

I am only aware of one club that allows FA in Pittsburgh, and they are tightening the rules to limit FA shooting.  Can't remember the name offhand.  I will look into it more when my uzi is approved in a month or so...

West of Pittsburgh is the Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club - they allow full auto only one Sunday a month in the afternoon.   Really sux.  I heard they have a new club president that is more Class 3 friendly, so I'm hoping for a change.  I've also heard that there is a range north of town that has no restrictions, but haven't looked hard enough to find it.

Thank you all for the info. I haven't had the official job offer yet, but if I get it, maybe some of us can get together for a shoot.

Greater Pitt gun club allows FA.  Also, the one I belong to allows MGs but the only reason I think that it isn't an issue there is because I'm the only member of the club, that I know of, that shoots FA and even then when I shoot I use suppressors.  I used to belong to Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club, but when they pulled that crap of limiting FA I pulled my membership.

Greater Pgh may allow FA but unfortunately the guy who runs the place is a real asshole/trap shooter. He ripped me off for $147.00.
