| Anyone in the Pittsburgh area have a threading kit? I'm hoping to find someone who can do a quick threading job on my WASR, maybe at the next Monroeville gun show. I figure if I can find someone local I can save some bucks versus shipping a rental kit back and forth... I have a buddy who might want his done, too. |
| I got one. I threaded my SAR-1 with it. It worked out pretty good. I have only done it once so I dont consider myself an expert AK threader yet. But it aint that hard. I'll do it if you want or you can borrow/use my kit. I would verify that a WASR barrel is the same size as a SAR-1 (14mm)beforehand. |
