Thanks for the offer. I dropped it off at his shop at 1630hrs this afternoon along with my AK for some Kobra sight work. I suspect I am going to become a frequent visitor of that establishment thanks to you.

Yeah, once you get past the rundown look of the shop and actually talk to him you learn that he knows what he's doing and his prices aren't unreasonable for the most part.
