Does 10 AM at Safeway near the Taco Bell sound good to meet you guys and guide you in? Or 11 AM is better? I spoke with Rich tonight, he's volunteering to guide you all in after meeting with the folks that need assistance at Safeway.

We just need a timeline so he can adjust his plans for getting to the shoot.

Jonny1904 and myself were discussing the shoot, and we're planning on sticking steel at 300, 250, 200, and 150 yards. Two IPSC, one 18 by 18 square, and one reactive staked to the ground mini IPSC.

No magnetic or bimetal at the 150 or 200 please.

I'm almost positive alias will be bringing his stands for some timed pistol drills, and possibly some steel for that as well.

If you can, bring wood to burn for those spending the night or staying for the evening.

Trash bags, we want to keep it clean. If you don't want your brass back, let us know because us reloaders love free brass and it helps knowing this during the clean up

There will be a pay it forward box. Anything left in the box will be untouched and saved for the next shoot. You don't have to contribute if you don't want and isn't mandatory.

If there is interest, we could get a bit more formal on the CQB stuff.
5 or 6 stages. Record times and scores, announce a winner etc.
The formality adds stress and tends to make one work a bit harder.

Looks like I will be able to make it up for the day and I think a few buddies will also be attending. What time is set up and the range go hot? As always, anyone is welcome to shoot my stuff... just bring some factory .223, 9MM, 7.62X54R.

Those not familiar with the area will meet Rich_V at 1000 at Safeway and shortly show up sometime after. I'd like for the range to be hot by 1100.

As has been the norm at past shoots get there when you wish. Set up and start shooting whenever you are ready. This is a friendly and mature group of shooters so just coordinate with the others on site when to go 'hot' or call a cease fire.

I will be parked close to the Taco Bell that shares the parking area with Safeway in a tan colored Tacoma. Look for the guy wearing a red MAGA hat.

We will leave from the parking lot @ 10:00 AM SHARP.

My buddy has one of the new Lage Max-11/15 Beta Test uppers that he'll be bringing. Bring any type of 5.56 and all types of mags to run through it for testing! We'll also have a couple of water cooled beltfeds (Vickers and Chinese Type 24 Maxim), plus M16, Uzi, HK51 etc. Bring extra factory ammo if you want to blast away.

I'll do some looking around tomorrow for a car or truck fender. Might be a fun
target to tear up.
Of course, if I bring it I'll pack it out! I figure a fender won't leave a mess like a door
with glass and plastic parts would.
I'll also try to find some wood for the evening fire. If you have some please bring
a few pieces.

The snow we had this week lasted less than a day on the ground. Going to be 60 degrees today and all sun so everything is dry.

Saturday guide in only.
I'm not sure that many people will be there Sunday. Some camp out Saturday night, have breakfast and leave in the morning.

So I've called out sick for work. The only down side is I also just got off work. So I won't be bringing any posole

. I will however have a chili with beans MRE. I'll share with whom ever wants to cuddle for warmth.

We had a great time yesterday. Very large turnout, estimated about 50 people. Large number of NFA goodies, around 10 belt fed MGs, over a dozen rifle/sub MGs and lots of unique/historical guns.
Good friendly crowd of shooters who were very willing to allow anyone to shoot their guns.

Thanks to all who attended for making this a great shooting event.

Yuge turn out. I can't remember this many since the 'Fest of 2013 with Rizzo.

I would like to thank everyone who could make it it and for keeping it safe. We had a lot of guns of all types from .50 to .22 Short and no one was hurt or worse. To those who lended their fun stuff to the new shooters or us peasants, much appreciated.
