[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Motorcycle rentals

got a buddy coming over to visit from the UK and he wants to rent a motorcycle to do some touring for a couple of days. Anyone have any recommendations/places to avoid? mature guy, etc looking for something end of October time frame.
