I just picked up my AR pistol from them that I wanted a gas block installed on. It was an adjustable block I didn't even buy from them. They did it for free because I was an existing customer. Made my day.
Although I was trying to tell my wife no to date night to save money and now I have to go because like a dope I told her they didn't charge me lol. Glad I go to merchant! |
I do most of my business with them also, never had an issue and almost every employee is pretty good. With that said, a buddy of mine just bought all the parts to build an AR and didn't have a castle nut wrench  so he asked the guy who was helping him if he could throw the buffer tube on for him, which he did... but homeboy didn't put the rear takedown pin/spring/detent in  I'm sure it was an honest mistake but really? I know which guy it was so I'm going to give him endless shit about it from now on
