Several of us spent about 90 minutes researching judges in case anyone is interested.  We looked at the Federal Election Commission website to see campaign contributions.  We eliminated people that gave money to Democrats, eliminated people appointed by Janet Naplolitano (maybe not fair).  We also researched to find other indications of Democrat support.

Obviously, there are almost certainly some unwanted people that we missed and mistakes could have been made.  Judges we are voting against are as follows:

Adelman
Flores
Garcia
Gass
Gates
Gentry
Gordon
Hannah
Kemp
McCoy
Padilla
Ryan
Thomason
Whitten

We also researched School board and other items if anyone is interested.

Anybody care to add any more names?

Thanks, that's one of the few areas where I never seem to research.

Thanks for putting this together!

Thanks for doing this.  It's one of the areas where I usually don't research as much as I should.

I'd also be interested in seeing the names of those who have a history of good decisions on 2A, criminal punishment and immigration.

thanks for your efforts.  I usually vote no on all unless I can find a specific reason they deserve a yes.

I am actually surprised there are no cliff notes on the propositions posted yet.
I am on vacation the final week of Oct and will be doing my own research then.

I usually just google each name and keep anyone elected by a Republican governor, and vote no one anyone elected by a Democrat.

Thanks for this, I would also like to see the school board results from the research.

This is a good resource to see who is contributing to what parties:

http://www.fec.gov/finance/disclosure/norindsea.shtml

I do not want to vote for anybody that is contributing to Democrats.

Paradise Valley Unif. School District.  We eliminated all but Sue Skidmore and Nancy Case (these seem to be Republicans).

Central AZ Water Cons. District.  We eliminated all but Mark Lewis and Thomas Galvan (these seem to be Republicans).

Maricopa County Community College.  John Heep seems to be a Republican.

Is the Gordon on your no list Richard E. Gordon?  If so, why did he make your list?  Seems he was appointed by Brewer.  On the FEC website there's a Richard Gordon out of Prescott that donated to McSally but no clue if that is the same guy.

I'm filling out my ballot now.  My policy towards judges is when in doubt, vote 'em out.

No, My ballot has Michael D. Gordon.  I saw that he was appointed by Janet Napolitano.  Might not be fair to vote against him as I originally said but sometimes assumptions must be made.  I would generally assume judges appointed by Napolitano would not be conservative.

I was not here at the time but always wondered how she ever got elected here.

Thanks for the link you provided.  For the non-partisan offices, I voted against anyone appointed by Napolitano and/or anyone that contributed to democratic causes or candidates.

Michael J Brown, who was appointed by Mr Napalitano, is on my ballot, and got the thumbs down.

The others were appointed by Fife, Jane or Janet, so I'll stick with them.

Why is Adleman on your list, he was appointed by Brewer.

That may have been a mistake.  I had helpers so I will blame it on them.   I think I found the problem though.  On the fec.gov website, there is an attorney named Daniel J Adelman that donated to the Carmona (D) campaign. He is an attorney in AZ.  Not the same person so I should have voted for him.

Well now is in ok time to do that seeing as how we have a Republican governor, but if you do that while we have a Democrat governor and you get "Harold Fished" then it is your fault.
