| My uncle decide to not renew his AZ CCW because of the AZ carry law.... Now 5 months after the grace period to renew; he wants to renew it again.( reciprocity etc. ) What are the rules/options? Such as does he need to attend another CCW course? or can he get a renewal with a fine etc. Thanks for the input brothers. |

He has to go through the new process. If it's been awhile since he took a class I would recommend that, as a lot has changed since he got his permit. Independence Training has one in Phxnext Sat, June 14, BTW.
There are other ways to get a permit without the class (DD214, LEO/SG training, NRA training, Hunter's Ed, etc) - but I still recommend taking a class, if for no other reason than it's a refresher on the laws, the lifestyle, and some marksmanship. |
