One of my clients who's starting a new business asked me if I can recommend a web designer, but the last guy I knew moved out of state a few years ago. Anyone here know of someone that I can recommend to him?

I did my own website thru Moonfruit. If they don't have the time, they should pay someone. It is time consuming....
