| Any reports from the front? Is it worth going tomorrow (Sunday)? |
| I'm done with gun shows until the vendors start to get a fucking clue about why people go to gun shows in the first place. You used to be able to find some great values for everything from ammo to firearms but finding a good deal these days is a rare exception to the rule. Ammo can be found for less, magazines can be found for CONSIDERABLY less, almost all firearms are over priced...it's simply not worth it. I may go to the SAR show but that will be because I'm willing to shell out the money for the purpose of entertainment. I do not expect to find any good deals. |
It's worth it if you have the free time and want to look around. There were some cool things like a couple IWI Tavors (cheapest of the two I saw was $4K I think ) and my friend picked up a set of SAPI plates for $200. The line for bulk ammo was pretty long and I didn't look close enough to see if it was worth the wait. They had a decent selection of just about everything as long as you were willing to pay.

Is it good place to sell a Bushmaster AR & pistol FTF? Im tempted to go down tomorrow to sell my XM-15E2S & my carbon 15 model 21S pistol... I'm not used to selling non C&R rifles FTF. I'm thinking $750 for the carbine & $600 for the pistol. The only reason I go to gun shows anymore is to sell FTF, otherwise, its simply not worth it. |

I went today. for the most part prices sucked, as usually. Online still the best place. 1 place had $60 pmags. I guess he didnt get the memo that shit is over with. Buddy of mine found some 308 pmags for $24. Lowers werent that bad, a few spikes, stripped, for $120. some went as high as $425 |
Sold my stuff before I even got 1/2 way through the floor! |
