First you need to know what type of termites, Arizona they are a majority of subterranean, its 4 gallons of a mixture per 10 lineal feet of 12" trenching around the perimeter of the stem wall, You will spend 80 bucks on line for a bottle that gets you nowhere, http://strikeforceservice.com/, its where I hang my termite license... Typically $335 for a tract home...

Go get a pile of quotes.  I had Terminix, Orkin, Burns, and someone else out.  Burns ended up getting my business.  They'll all come out and do the inspection/quote for free.

They will all tell you what they do, and you can kinda decide what's necessary or not.

Contractors Pest Control, its owned by a pro-gun very republican father and son. Good people there for the most part. No company is perfect though.

Buy termidor on amazon or ebay.  It is the only thing I have sprayed that has not required a re-treat after about 3 years.  I am going to re-treat it this year just to use up the leftover concentrate, after the monsoons.
