Independence Training is officially creating "Chris Kyle Day", which will be April 8th (Chris Kyle's birthday) every year from now on. As a national hero and a great man, we believe that he deserves his own day.
Every year on April 8th, we will visit and spend time with Veterans at the VA Hospital, or anywhere else that Veterans are in need of our support. We encourage our students, followers, and all red-blooded Americans to do the same. Fair Winds and Following Seas, Chris. We'll see you on the other side.

Someone should start an annual 1000 yard f-class match in his honor. Would be awesome to have a shooting competition named after him. I like this idea for next year! I had a great day yesterday having lunch and swapping stories with a couple of young vets from the 82nd AB. |
