Ehh wish I would have known about this. Well if you want to get competing quotes I had Wayne Dalton do mine and it was excellent service and it looks great. The technician they sent out was very eccentric but extremely polite. I went top of the line everything because a garage door isn't really a wear item they seem to last a long time and the bill ended up being right around 1000 dollars. It makes your whole house look better. Also your new garage door will be insulated so you can save the receipt and use it at tax time because it's considered a "green" upgrade. |

I think the current door is from when they built the house in 1984 LOL.. its been hit, bent, springs are out of balance/can not be balanced and the wheels keep falling off the track so much I dont even use it unelss i raise it manually, even then I have to baby it up. Bought a fixerupper a while back, now getting to fix it up finally. |
