Actually, the kid across the street found it wandering around the park.  His Momma said "No" and his Dad said "Son of a bitch..." so we told them we'd house the strange mutt until a better disposition can be reached. I put up a few fliers and posted on craigslist.  I can't decide what breed she is...if it's a Mastiff, it's the smallest Mastiff I've ever seen.  But it doesn't have a Boxer under bite or other Boxer conformation, either.

Fuckin' thing is in my office fartin' up a storm.

It a great dog, passed all the personality tests.  I wouldn't have brought it in the house if I thought there was a chance of it going loco.  It's a typical Boxer...affection seeking, playful, ruled by it's stomach, terrible farts, and dumber than a bag of hammers.

I think I may have found the owner.  I got an email from a guy who described her perfectly twenty minutes ago, but apparently he sent the me the email and then ran away from his computer.

Take him to a vet and check for a RFID chip.

I found the "owner," who actually stole it from someone else...multiple trailer parks involved.  It's a bad, bad scene.  This poor dag has had it rough.

She's all better now.  Should be fat livin' from here on out.

Good for you, and her. Dogs that have been mistreated in their lives can be the most loyal, loving companions once they find someone who treats them right,

Looks like a Boxer with an undocked tail to me.  +1 on the yogurt - it helps a lot with a gassy dog.  Doesn't take much, just a good sized spoonful on top of their food morning and evening.  Plain unsweetened yogurt (ie: the cheap stuff you can buy in a big container).  I've owned two boxers in the past, and they are goofy loyal companions.

My dog is a "stolen" lab/boxer mix from sunnyslope.  Best dog ever too.

Dipshit got up on the counter and ate an entire loaf of bread that was supposed to be for the ducks.  She has *no* leash manners whatsoever.  She did get a bath tonight and she prefers sitting in a lawn chair as opposed to on the patio.

She tried humping the kid and the old lady in separate incidents today.  She's trying to find her place in the pack.

She's going to take a little work to bring around...I hope there's at least one marble rolling around in that idiot's head.

Careful with that, sounds like she has the mentality of an ASU Frat Or like Couch Caught him the other day humping the pot head neighbors, luckily they were stoned and and didn't understand the situation
