How soon does the refresher course have to be within your expiration date? There is no refresher course required to renew anymore. And there is no expiration on the training either, so you can renew whenever you feel like it. Be aware that during that time you won't have the permit benefits such as state reciprocity, carrying in places that serve alcohol, etc., but in AZ you technically don't need a CCW to carry concealed under most circumstances. Refresher courses are great because of the ever-changing laws and the fact that most people don't get much, if any, training after their initial CCW course. We also teach this course like no one else does, and so I'll guarantee that everyone learns a little something, and you'll definitely enjoy it. |
