Yup, certain UPS stores will do it, that's where I went for my Utah permit. UPS store over off Gilbert Rd and around Ray, I think that is the right cross street, will do it.
If you do it yourself you better know what you're doing because they must be done pretty precisely. |

When I was a kid I had a Dick Tracy fingerprinting kit. It wasn't very hard to get good at it, after half a dozen practice runs I was getting near perfect prints. Mom just loved the shit out of that thing. 
The last cop who did my fingerprints for my CCW could have used some practice, he sucked at it. Of course, giving a shit, or lack of thereof, probably had something to do with it. |
