I called Laserlyte in Cottonwood to see about getting a missing(lost by 2yr old Grandson)piece of my bore sighter replaced. The customer service woman was great! She got one shipped out to me the very same day at no charge when I called at about 2:00 p.m. on Monday. It arrived via UPS today. Now that is customer service!

Thanks for sharing.  We always hear about who screws up and shouldn't get our business but it is much better to know who does right and should get our business!
