| Would there be anything preventing me from 'cleaning up' some Grijalva and/or Giffords signs? I think I would like to 'recycle' them by using them for target practice. I can't think of any reason I would get in trouble for removing signs post-election, but figured I'd consult you guys first. |

I believe that removing any political signs(even after the election) without written permission is against state law(class 2 misdomeaner, ARS 16-1019). The people have 7 days( I believe) to remove any signs they had placed.(after 7 days it's no longer a state crime)
Although I would agree with your sentiments... don't get caught removing them! |

Anyone know if you can call the politician's champaign headquarters and ask for the extras? Im sure they will end up in the trash. I like them for target practice too. The little metal stands they use are durable too. A smart campaign will reuse them if possible, presuming they won, and plan on running for the same office next election. |

i removed a bunch of signs last year. People were utting "capitalism did this" signs in fron t fo foreclosed houses in the area so i went for a long drive and took them all. i didn't even think about using them as target boards. I have a few from the front of my house still though and you can just stick foam core board onto the metal rods. |
