Maybe 60 altogether in Goodyear. Halloween isn't what it use to be when I was a kid. Maybe it's just Phoenix/AZ. People worried about offending the mexicans with the whole Day of the Dead vs. Halloween.

I dressed up as a Legal Immigrant this year for every Halloween party we went to. Sombrero, big fake black mustache, and a shirt that said "Viva la Austria". I told everyone I just swam across the Rhine and was looking forward to my new exciting life as a Homeland Terrorist.

I took my kids out trick or treating in El Mirage.  I would have to say that there were on average 4 houses giving out candy on each street we went on.  There weren't very many trick or treaters out either  Either way I had a blast with my wife and kids.  And as usual I found my pumpkin smashed to bits in my front yard at 11pm.

Had about 40-50ish in Anthem. (Where I ghost host as door sitter during the Night of the Lame Costumes.)

It's slowly decreased - first few years up there, was closer to 100

We do still have the same stash of left over M&M bags from '03.

I didn't get home from work until about 8pm, so the human wave assaults were over by then. Had a large group of kids come by around 8:30 and I was handing out handfulls to each kid. Ended up with 3 bags left, two of which I'll take in to work (the 'crunch' bars are all mine!).

On another note, what's up with parents carrying their infant around door-to-door, holding a small bag / bucket to get the kid's candy? I always give, but WTF? Are these parents actually giving their infants all that candy to eat??

I think the last one I saw was about 8:30. 4 tweeners.

I thinks it's more like, "Hey, look, we produced a podling and ain't they cute?! Now reward us for our sleepless nights!"

Yep, that't it! We always dress up our tiny ones, mostly 'cause they're just so dang cute! Plus I get all the candy - muwahahaha!

*sigh* Bear, don't be so angry. Eat some candy and you'll feel better.

Big factor was it was a Sunday.  our 'hood was not passing out as much candy as in years past.

Some kids went out on Saturday, instead.

It was also a school night.

If you are friends with me on facebook go look at my Halloween Album.  There was a back yard that was a AWESOME carnival.  No expense was spared, it was amazing!
