I have a 1999 Honda Prelude  (H22A4 ) that I just put a head on and can not get the timeing belt on properly . I keep getting it on right and all lined up and than turn the engine over half a turn and back  and the marks move 2 teeth . I know how the tensonior works that is not the problem. I have it on the lift and the motpor mount off and everything exposed and easy to reach . I need someone who knows hondas to come by and install the belt . I'm willing to pay . I'm on the corner of 15 ave and VanBuren. The book I have (Chilton) is a joke . So if you guys know someone that knows Hondas and has done an H22A4 engine I can get this thing going . I have done DOHC engines on every thing from Fiat 124's to Ford /Lincoln's tritons  since 1970 and this is the first one i cant get right  .Any help would be great  and apresheated .

Put the belt on 2 teeth off in the OPPOSITE direction, I'll bet it's right on when you're done.....
