how far from "town" do you want to be ? try looking at City-Data.com. Lots of az related stuff in there, not so much ads for land but demographic info. also very valuable is the forum, pretty serious, no BS. good place to ask about how things are. just a suggestion. live in a place with 4 seasons. I love Az and the people I love are all in Yuma, but damn, these summers get longer and hotter. I started a business in Williams, but couldn't survive the economy. |

Yep.
Williams area nice, 4 seasons. It is in Coconino county, peoples republic of. Seligman is OK, too. VERY rural, off grid. Prescott is booming, same for Payson. I would be interested in Sierra Vista, Wilcox, Douglas area. Anything with tolerable weather in AZ is going to involve mountains. OP- This is a GREAT state with good laws and conservative people. as long as your're like minded, you're welcome here too. |

Tucson is busy trying to figure out how to sue Az while being broke. Hopefully we will regain sanity in Tucson, but probably not for awhile since they just passed another indoctrination tax for the kiddies. |
