Does anyone know what police departments can do a fingerprint card for me for a CLEO Form 1 sign off? MCSO wants one from a "recognizable Law Enforcement Agency"

interesting because MCSO also performs this "sevice" and I have used them twice , but, caveat is, I do bring my own card with the prints already on it. Here are all of the resources per the internet (I use the Madison Street location for MCSO): Maricopa County Fingerprint validation

There is an ATF branch in the first floor of the courthouse in downtown Phoenix and they can fingerprint you for a nominal fee literally 100 feet from the ATF window. Call and see if MCSO has the ATF cards which they should, if not you will need to order them online and wait a week or so. Ask for Erin, if she still works there she can help you out. You will need passport photos as well, I just went to Alphagraphics for those, but I think Walgreens can do now. Have fun...

Double check, but you may need triplicates instead of dupes because I believe MCSO keeps one and the ATF gets two. Also, wait to affix your photos because MCSO ran mine through a copier and wrinkle the sh@t out of my photos. |
