So in September I was driving on I-10 between San Antonio and El Paso headed west and I got busted going the day speed limit at night. I have no Idea where I was. I had to stay the night in Las Cruces and sadly I left the ticket in the hotel room. When I realized it I was already in Tucson. So I figure they will just send me another notice. Well its January and no notice. I am worried there might be a warrant or something. Does any body know if there is a way to find where the ticket was and who to contact. i know there are a ton of counties between those points which I have no clue to wrangle this perdicament. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Glow

Try this:

Oops, that is for NM. You got the ticket in TX?

Try this for TX:

Speaking of traffic tickets ...

What happens if someone else is driving your vehicle and they get nabbed by the Scottsdale speeding cameras on 101?

The back of the form DPS mails has place for the driver's name, address and such but I'm not sure of how to spell the drivers last name and I certainly do not know their address in Florida (Lets say, a friend's daughter that borrowed your car whilst on Christmas vacation)

Would you just fill in their first name, state they live in and phone number?
Lets say the photo clearly shows a person of opposite gender and 1/2 your age

... What would Ronald Reagan do?

My wife just got a Photo-Ticket and in the picture, her hand is in front of her face, obscuring it. Is that worth trying the "Not Me" option?

... dunno, I'd try it

... in my case, I am clearly not the driver. I'm gonna scan my DL and send it in with the form. They'll see that it's obviously "not me" - I'm bunches uglier

Unles you have one of the OLDDDDDD DL, I wouldn't bother. They already have your digital image on file.

I've gotten 2-3 over the years.
in each case it was the wife.

Send in the form with a copy of your DL and check the not me box.
Leave the "nark on your friends" box blank.

Went away each time.

Once I included a bill for $1.06 photocopying expenses.

It doesn't have to be a totally different looking person, either.  My buddy got tagged in his Dad's car, and he didn't narc on his son, and it went away.  And they do look pretty much alike.

This is a good news/bad news thought, but I'll bet your Insurance Agent can find out.  Of course, you may not want your insurance agent to find out!
