White bread (and enriched flour in general) is very bad for you. Try whole grain (true whole grain) wheat bread. I like Sara Lee's. It may take some getting used to but your circulatory system will thank you later. You'll live (and therefore get to shoot) longer. |
Who cares if it is bad for you?  With Trader Joe's being the best peanut butter, what's the best bread and honey?
