I would first like to say hello to everyone. I am new to the Flagstaff area and i was wondering about this place, Horns Custom Rifle's. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with this business? Seems like a cool guy and i have seen some of his work and i think he does a good job. I was just wondering if anyone had anything to add. Thanks
