how long is the training academy? Is there anything required before going to the academy except high school diploma?

how long is the academy and is there a paycheck for it? or is it until you get out?

Also what's the typical day at the academy like?

You apply with Tucson PD and if they want to hire you they will sponsor you through the AZPOST Training Academy.  So yes, you get paid.
