I may be able to help you, I am pretty familiar with CFDs process. I am not CFD though.

I know we have two CFD members here.

Are you going through this summers class (or the process to get into the class)?

I'm just trying to get a feel for how this test goes. I got a letter from the don McNea fire school about practice session and wondered if they were any good to prepare for the written. I was also wondering what the FOAM is. Thanks.

FOAM is your oral interview. Firefighter Oral Assessment (something that starts with M).

The Don McNea school is pure crap from what I hear. Just there to take your money.
