Daughter attends KSU, moving from on campus to a house with 6 of her friends. They have to take care of internet access themselves. All of them have on-line classes. Best options? Thanks!

I am here in Northern Portage County near Kent and have Windstream. We pay like $66/mo for high-speed internet and all hard-line telephone calls (ALL) are free in continental US. They have many plans.
