I thought that whole mess was put to a stop. The Schutzenfest is using our range so we are on the 70 yard range. Schutzenfest Forum for more info. I think you are refering to when they made the 70 yard range for .22 rimfire only. That rule was changed shortly after that and you can still shoot centerfire guns there, I just shot the Mad Minute there yesterday. |

You should need a pistol with spare magazines and at least 300rds of ammo. Also a means to carry spare magazines if you have one however, you can just stash them in your pockets if you need to. I would bring extra ammo just in case. Also the usual hearing and eye protection, sunscreen, water and maybe a snack. |

The way Multi posted it sounded like that stupid rule went back into effect. That would have been awkward. My only .22 rimfire pistol is a GSG-5P... Anybody even make a holster for something that big? :-) |
