Is Ohio a state where both parties have to be notified that a conversation is recorded?  Curious for several reasons.

I'd be careful and check it out thorughly. Laws can vary if you are in person or over the phone.
For example, Ohio has one party consent on taping phone calls but if the other end of that phone call is in a state that requires two party consent, then you are liable.  

I know at one of the gun clubs I belong to, they have video cameras.  They have signs saying that video is in use but they were advised by an attorney that if they were going to record sound, that had to be posted as well.
