I am looking to purchause my first handgun in Ohio and have cleared some time in my schedual to go make the purchause. However, I realized in some states I would not be allowed to take the gun with me. How is it in Ohio? In Washington there could be up to a 5 day wait however because I had a permit that wait was waved. How is it here? Do I need to plan a second trip to the fun store?
Thanks. |

Quoted: Quoted: His name is Bill- you can see him from time to time at Dayton ArmoryMy first gun purchase in OH: "I'll take it, is there some sort of waiting period?" Old guy at Jim's Guns: "Fuck no." "In MD there was a 7-day waiting period." OGAJG: "That's fucked up." Yeah, I've seen him there. Nice guy. |

Well, I had to wait around for almost an hour for my number to be called, however, once I did get some service, I was out the door in 15 min with my new M&P. And, I was glad to only have to fill out one form. That was a nice surprise. Glad you got what you wanted. Vances? |
