I didn't want to hijack the LLC method for suppressor purchase, so I'm looking for help in this purchase. My CLEO will not signoff on suppressors, so I have to go the TRUST route. Any help would be appreciated.....

I've done it, following the advice of the arfcom NFA forum.    I had one approved in 07 and I'm (still) waiting on my second suppressor.

It rocks, and you won't regret it at all.   Especially when you take a newb shooting that says "Whoa, I thought those were illegal"

At the ranges I frequent, the only comments I get are "so, what's the wait on F4s running these days?"

while im not saying you shouldnt get a lawyer, but i think its safe to say that guntrustlawyer probably has a little bias.  there are thousands of people that have used quicken and have had zero problems.  he can point to one case, and cant even say what was wrong with it  probably something stupid like the grantor set him self up as the beneficiary.  btw my quicken trust has gotten me 1 silencer, and 2 sbrs.  here is my obligatory pic of my zombie paperwork

I need to remember to add "zombies" to my next form.

Talk to Bryon at major malfunction.  He set the paperwork up for me, all I had to do was find a class 3 dealer, have it notarized pay stamp and wait.

it was easy

That combined with "Lawful" being spelled incorrectly must've made quite the impression!
