| Wasn't there talk about a new range east of Columbus? the place used to hold machine gun shoots I think,then I remember a post about people reopening the place? any info would be great thanks |

Category: Organizations - Clubs & Societies Description: The major goals of the Contenders Markmenship Club Include the encouragement of (shooting) education and safety, and the importance of our citizenry exercising The Bill Of Rights, especially the 2nd Amendment. Outdoor rifle range is outdoors, construction is ongoing, but the range benches will be in a roofed and semi-walled converted barn. Plans include shooting out as far as possibly 400-500 yds, with 100, 200 and 300 yards a certainty.
