Anybody else planning on going to the fun show at Summit County fairgrounds this weekend?

I'll be there tomorrow - looking for a "basic" 1911 (SA Mil-spec, stock 1991, something like that... want to set up something a little more "retro" to go with all of the beavertails).

I've got an assortment of .40 ammo I've been looking to offload for a while (as I have nothing in that caliber any longer) - I'll probably throw it in my trunk if I still remember tomorrow morning.

FYI to anyone considering going tomorrow:

Traffic in and out of the fairgrounds parking was absolutely ridiculous. At least one vehicle got stuck in the snow at some point and totally screwed up the "flow"; plus, space wasn't optimally utilized due to the snow. So finding a place to park was a bitch and a half. By the time I finally got parked (noonish), there was a small line (~10), though it looked to be because of checking guns and paying admission with larger bills.

Inside, it was definitely busier than usual, but not to the madhouse extent of the Medina shows. Prices were all over the place; one dealer had a Yugo underfolder for "only" $850. On the other hand, I saw a number of very fairly-priced S&W wheelguns. I almost picked up a 586, but since it wasn't what I really came for, I managed to hold myself back for the moment. Never really found what I was looking for; there were some Auto Ord and RIA 1911s for $400 from some of the dealers, but that was about it. The only guy with a SA Mil-Spec wanted $750 , and it was definitely used - hell, there was a dealer selling Colt NRMs for that much (which is the proper going rate for those pistols).

I just ended up with some more Beretta mags. Was going to pick up some more Ranger-T's as well, but all anybody seemed to have was +P+ (and I carry standard-pressure 147gr).

We went today.  Arrived around 9, there was a line of vehicles almost back to the road.  Then the entrance was closed because of falling icecicles .  The was no powder, primers, or .224 projectiles to be found.  I did see some BH MK262 for $20 a box.  Kind of a shitty show, so I bought some used barbies and went home.

We went today also around 10:30 got right in no problems. Parking lot kind of messy with the sun out. Picked up a couple of treasures and enjoyed looking around. Not super crowded but busy. Didn't see any killer deals but still bought some stuff. Prices on AR's around $1000 to $1300 mags are high but all this stuff could soon disappear. Did not seem to be as much stuff in isles as usual.
