I've called them to try and do a transfer a few months ago, left a voicemail, and have never heard from them.

I talked to him about transfer fees and he told me $25. He is a gunsmith and he says he is not in the business of gun transfers, he will do it, but it's not what he does. He is a cool guy, kind of goofy and he doesn't overcharge for certain gunsmithing.
