So I was thinking about putting all of those spent 50AE brass to use again, Hand loading my own ammo, I use a Desert Eagle, My question was would it be alright to use 50cal muzzle loader projectile's? other than using Speer or Gold Dot projectile's

James, Sorry I missed your question last night. There's a reloading section that would get you better responses. The "50" caliber rounds that are commonly sold for use in muzzle loaders are actually .45 caliber, not .50. They use a sabot to function. So no these wouldn't work to reload .40 AE rounds. I've also noticed the .50 AE rounds are very trunicated, or stubby and squared off. I would think you'd need to buy projectiles specifically made for that load.
