Need a shop that would do a FFL transfer for a new POF Lower coming from GA. The shop I called here locally said that would NOT transfer a new lower only used. I am located in the Cleveland area, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mike Dauber at MD Shooting Supplies in Middleburg Hts does transfers for $20. A transfer is a transfer. New or used.

Rod and gun club on WPAFB will do one if you buy a membership.
