I heard the other day from a client that Simon Leis refuses to sign off on Form 4s.  Does anybody have any first hand knowledge of this?

Nah, you just have to threaten to shoot him.

A deputy told me that Simon Leis won't even sign a letter to purchase an AR or Handgun with LE mags. So I doubt he would sign a Class III etc......

It's a no-go. Cincinnati is such a hole with all the ghetto criminal gang-bangers you won't be able to get a signature. You need to go the corporate route for full auto in Hamilton County.

Simple solution.  MOVE OUT OF THAT SHITHOLE OF A COUNTY.  With Hamilton countys gun laws and politics I just don't understand why anyone lives there.

Hey, it isn't everybody.  The Chief of Police of Madeira will sign, and I bet the Chief of Indian Hill would too!

I'm pretty sure I can get the chief of Norwood to sign off as well, but I was under the impression that it had to be at the county level.  Is this not correct?

I'm pretty sure the chief of the city can sign.

That is true.  King, er I mean, Sheriff Leis will not sign.
You can get others to sign.  If you have a chief of police where
you live, try him.  You may also get prosectuors or judges to sign.
Failing all signatures, you may use a corporation to purchase,
which removes the signature, fingerprints, and background check
altogether.
