one day 12 hours in length 65 bucks for arfcom members, 75 bucks regular price held just north of toledo ohio saturday May 1 [email protected] |
I give them a couple weeks before they're told to stop that. The law only mentions "NRA" certified intructor. Says nothing about being in Ohio. It's a damn shame that many of the Sheriff's are being dicks about this. |
| i have had no problems with them as of yet, i am about 10 miles north of toledo, monroe county, i have contacted all of the sherriffs depts that i thought i would be getting people form their areas, and was told it was not a problem, i have also contacted the attorney general from ohio and have been told that it does qualify, and i am ok to do training in michigan |
|
I am having a class on the second saturday of June, the class is good for ohio, we have had someone from hancock county, and many from lucas, fulton, erie, ect. take the class, our students are getting their permits, so the deal about an out of state class not doing the trick is bs, my class is 75.00, no hidden fees, and no waiting lists, one day, 12 hours, bring your long guns for after the class there are some on this board who have taken the class, i will not give names, but if you would like to chime in, feel free to do so |
That's what I was told when I presented my certificate from Wyoming on the first day in Hancock county. I had to re-take another class. Maybe they have come to their senses and changed their policy since that day. Not trying to stomp, just trying to forewarn. Caveat emptor! |
Your prices are Damn Good! Here in Ashtabula County the instructors want $125 for the class. When the classes first started it was $175 When I get the time I'm gonna take the class. |
| Bro Capitalist, you'll probably be charged extra, or at least be charged for hazardous duty pay. If I had more time, i could correct your "high and to the left" problem. At least if you bring your famous reloads, you won't have any problems simulationg FTF, and FTE malfunctions!!! |
Who has "The High and too the Left" problem???? I know it's not me "Wild Bill". Everybody that reloads has a bad round every now and then. Let's not blow this out of proportion now. People will think I lack skill or something. |
