I got an email from another member but havent heard back. The email i use for arfcom isnt checked often so it was a day or two delay.

Have you tried asking on Calguns? I'm sure someone on the board lives near her and might be able to help you out.
If I was closer I would but Chino is about a two hour drive in good conditions. I can't believe that she's holding a reel hostage, what's her deal about shipping? |

No i havent. But i have 500rds if PRVI M193 set aside for whoever gets that reel to my house
