I'd keep my house in Tx, rent it out & need a safe house near Fresno area;
schools don't matter cause we homeschool; besides state taxes, what else has changed since 2005? Anyone in that area know which is the safe side of town? Or even a better option than Fresno, but still close enough; I'd even take a decent 3 BR house on a farm, as I'd like to keep gardening. what should I stock up on so far as reloading stuff? gun parts? thanks, still a work in progress but I need to paint a picture to know what kind of money I would need to make it worthwile. |
